Additionally, an extension assigned as the group's supervisor extension can monitor the statistics of calls
received by the group, the number of calls waiting in the queue, etc., as well as change the status of group
members.
Extensions are assigned as members of an ICD group through system programming ( ICD Group
Member [620]), and can belong to more than one group.
