Divide the dough into small pieces that are

Roll them into thin round shape and press
the dough with the doughnut mold.

Allow the dough to ferment for 20 -
30 minutes (till it rises to double its original
size) at a temperature of 30 - 35 ºC.

Deep-fry them at an oil temperature of
170 ºC and sprinkle them with cinnamon
and refined white sugar.

In a large bowl, cream butter and sugar until
light and fluffy. Add eggs, one at a time,
beating well.

Remove the kneading blade and line the
greaseproof paper around the bread pan,
then pour in the mixed ingredients.

Set the bread pan into the main unit, and
plug the machine into the socket.
