③ Connect the cable with the computer, power of the station will be on. About the operation
procedure, please refer to “applied function 13-2 data transmission (USB connection)".
CAUTION
• Be sure to turn the power off before inserting/removing the USB cable.
• Be sure to open/close the SD & USB cover and insert/remove the USB cable indoors.
• For clients, the USB port of the station is not functional if the connect target has no host
function. Therefore, the USB memory, printer and card reader cannot be used.
1.7.2 Removing USB cable
① Close the window on the PC screen.
② Please do "safely removing hardware" from icon (the right figure) of the lower right on PC
screen.
③ Finish the connecting.(About the means to finish connecting, please refer to “applied
function 16.2 data transmission”.)
④ Unplug USB cable from the connector.
⑤ After removing USB cable, please do close SD&USB plug-in cover when using.
CAUTION
• About the removing procedure of USB cable, please do follow this order.
• When removable disk does not start even if connection is done by the USB, Please enter
from My Computer and double-click the removable disk.
• If “safely removing hardware” is not done, it is possible to cause data loss. When the file
should have been taken was not taken in by any chance, please do again by the operation
procedure. And, before pressing Finish Key on the image of “USB is in communication” in
this station, please be sure to do “safely removing hardware”.
