3.9 FMT Mouse Imaging Cassette
An optional adapter provides compatibility with the FMT mouse imaging cassette (Figure 3.10). The
FMT Mouse Imaging Cassette contains the subject during image acquisition on the Quantum GX2
microCT Imaging System and the FMT Imaging System. The cassette enables transport between the
imaging systems without disrupting subject position so that 3D volumetric data acquired on the
Quantum GX2 microCT can be precisely registered with the optical data.
