Search a Database
1. Click the toolbar button.
2. Enter a text string, choose the search options, and click Search.
Delete a Database
1. Connect to the database that you want to delete:
a. Click the Connect to Database button in the Database window.
b. Select the database in the dialog box that appears.
2. Select File → Delete Database on the menu bar.
3. Click OK In the confirmation messages that appears.

NOTE: Only the system administrator can delete a database (includes the associated studies and
series), study (includes the associated series), or series only. See page 37 for instructions on
system administrator login/logout. Do not delete a database using Windows Explorer.
CAUTION: Deleting a database removes all reconstructed and raw images from the
system. The images cannot be recovered once the delete process is initiated.
