5.1 Creating a Database
All image data (series) are saved to a local database. Each scan is stored in the folder D:\Data and
the raw acquisition data are stored in Computer\Data (D:)\*. The database facilitates interacting with
and managing data sets.
To create a database:
1.
Open the Database window by starting the Quantum GX2 microCT software (click the icon
on the desktop (Figure 5.1).
