9.4 Disclaimers
A. Use of the Software. The Software and related documentation may be subject to clickwrap, shrink
wrap, or other end user license agreements containing restrictions on use and disclosure and are
protected by intellectual property laws. Except as expressly permitted in your license agreement or
allowed by law, you may not use, copy, reproduce, translate, broadcast, modify, license, transmit,
distribute, exhibit, perform, publish, or display any part, in any form, or by any means. Reverse
engineering, disassembly, or decompilation of this software, unless required by law for
interoperability, is expressly prohibited.
B. Use of the System
. This manual has been developed for use by properly trained individuals only and
use by individuals who have not received proper training is not advised. Any changes or
modifications of the System, not expressly approved by PerkinElmer, will void the Limited Warranty
and any repair thereafter shall be charged to the Customer. Any movement of the System not
performed by authorized personnel of PerkinElmer may void the Limited Warranty. Failure to
operate the System in accordance with this manual is likely to cause safety hazards, personal injury,
property damage, and/or other damages.
