Lifting drive (with display of the roller force when the rollers are closed)
Optional motorised puller (if installed – otherwise not available for selection)
The selected motors run forward in reverse at the set speed as long as the arrow keys are
pressed. The rollers can be opened and closed with the main pedal. The rollers run forward
or in reverse with the last settings if the pedal is pressed depending on the direction that
was previously selected.
This function can be used to set the motor speed.
An exception is the stepping motor for the cutting wheel of the DUAL Cut&Seal version.
Here, the cutting wheel is moved to one of the two end positions each time the key is pressed:
Cutting wheel: Top Extended
Special embossing wheel function: With this function, the control ensures that an embos-
sing anvil wheel with an all-round pattern is in the same position each time the welding pro-
cess starts. To do this, move the anvil wheel to the starting position using the arrow keys.
The embossing wheel function is then activated with the key.
Now, the machine moves to the stored position each time the rollers open after the welding
process so that the embossing anvil wheel is returned to its original position
Optional cooling air, on/off
This touch field can be used to switch on a roller cooling unit that is installed
Lock the feed rollers
This function can be used to secure the roller drive in a fixed position. The drive regulator
tries to maintain the position of the rollers regardless of any errors that may occur due to
forceful turning.
It is used to change the rollers.
