13.05.03 Needle in needle-hole centre
Requirement
The needle should enter the needle hole exactly in the centre.
● Position the needle directly over the needle hole.
● Loosen screws 1, 2 and 3.
● Adjust the needle bar frame 4 both crosswise and in the direction of sewing according to
the requirement and tighten screw 2 slightly and screw 3.
● With screw 1 draw the guide stud located behind it towards the eye of the needle bar
frame and tighten it.
● Turn the balance wheel round a few times to avoid any distortion of the needle bar frame
and tighten screw 2.
