13.05.07 Lifting motion of the bottom feed dog
Requirement
1. With the needle bar set 0.6 past t.d.c. (adjustment hole 1) and the stitch length set at
"0", the bottom feed dog should be at the top of its stroke.
2. The cutout of eccentric 1 should be more or less directly under the axis centre.
