1 On the Statistics menu, click the Abnormal Call Release tab.
2 Click Refresh to view information about abnormal calls.

To Read the Active Calls Statistics
1 On the Statistics menu, click the Active Call Statistics tab.
2 Click the Refresh button to view information about current calls.
