To Read the Media Resources Statistics
1 On the Statistics menu, click the Media Resources tab.
2 Click the Refresh button to view information about the media resources.

Parameter Description
Established Time The time the call started
Duration The length of the call in seconds
Direction Specifies whether the call is incoming or
outgoing.
Interface Specifies the type of interface. Currently
only analogue and DECT to DECT.
Local Number The local number of the handset (DN,
extension)
Name Name of the handset as it appears in the
database.
Parameter Description
Shelf The shelf containing the Media Resource
Card.
Slot The slot on which the Media Resource
Card is connected.
