Added the possibility to choose the format for the ancillary data
Now it is possible to choose between: Prontonet format and Pronto2/3 format (in which
the GPIOs information cannot be sent)

A new button has been added in order to delete the contents of the
selected record of the book
The selected files can be deleted by pressing "Delete..." or also the key "Del"
