Added new Streaming tool to test the IP connection between two ProntoNet units.
This tool allows to check in real-time the bandwidth, delay and jitter of the IP connection
between two ProntoNets. This information can be used to adjust the streaming parameters
and so, to obtain the best quality in the real-time audio transmission.
This option is only available when the line is disconnected and can not be used
simultaneously with an audio transmission.

DHCP support added: It allows to obtain an IP address automatically.
