6.5 Temperature
REFLEX™ magnetic instruments have electronic temperature sensors
that measure the temperature of the instrument itself.
For full survey accuracy of all parameters, the ambient temperature of
the instrument must be within 0 ºC to +60 ºC.
The temperature is an indirect indicator of water flows in the borehole,
which could indicate faults and bad rock formations.
