MARKERS-FOR SLINGS
Sling markers are located on the forward and aft deck near
the rub rail. These markers provide a safe location to locate
straps to lift the boat. This location is even more critical
with V-drive boats because of the driveshafts. Not using the
sling marker locations could cause damage to the boat and
or underwater gear.
As a precaution, make sure they tie a line between both straps
as they lift the vessel to provide extra protection against the
straps moving forward or backward.
