MerCruiser-Checking Power Steering Fluid
1. Stop the engine and center the sterndrive unit.
2. Remove the combo fill cap/dipstick and observe the
level.
a. Proper fluid level with engine at normal operating
temperature should be within the warm range.
b. Proper fluid level with engine cold should be within
the cold range.
3. Fill to line with Quicksilver Power Trim & Steering
Fluid (Merc#92-802880A1). If you can not see any fluid
in the power steering reservoir contact your Regal dealer
since a leak must of developed in the system.
