ENGINE AND CYLINDER BLOCK ASSEMBLY
Engine/gearbox assembly: Removal - Refitting
K9K, and 830 or 832

a Disconnect the connector (4) from the refrigerant cir-
cuit pressure sensor.
a Unclip:
-the refrigerant circuit pressure sensor wiring from
the "condenser - evaporator" connecting pipe at (5)
,
-the refrigerant circuit pressure sensor wiring from
the front end panel at (6) .
a Remove:
-the bolt (7) of the "compressor - condenser" con-
necting pipe bracket from the body,
-the bolt (8) of the « condenser - expansion valve »
connecting pipe bracket,
-the bolt (9) for the « compressor - condenser »
connecting pipe bracket.
a Disconnect:
-the « condenser - expansion valve » connecting
pipe from the condenser,
-the « compressor - condenser » connecting pipe
on the condenser.
a Remove:
-the seal of the « condenser - expansion valve »
connecting pipe,
-the seal of the « compressor - condenser » con-
necting pipe.
a Insert the blanking plugs.
a Separate the cooling radiator bottom cooling hose
clip (10) on the cooling radiator using the tool (Mot.
1448).
a Disconnect the cooling radiator bottom cooling hose
from the cooling radiator.
a Separate from the cooling radiator:
- the expansion bottle top cooling hose clip (Mot.
1202-02) using the tool (11) ,
- the top cooling hose clip (12) using the tool (Mot.
1448).
