ENGINE AND CYLINDER BLOCK ASSEMBLY
Engine/gearbox assembly: Removal - Refitting
K9K, and 830 or 832

a Disconnect:
-the fan assembly connector (18) ,
-the fan assembly resistor connector (21) .
a Unclip:
-the fan assembly wiring from the fan assembly at
(19) ,
-the relay unit (20) from the front end panel.
a Move the fan assembly wiring away from the front
end panel.
a Tilt the front end panel towards the vehicle front (1) .
a Remove the front end panel by pulling it upwards (2)
.
a Disconnect the connector (22) from the turbochar-
ging pressure regulation solenoid valve.
a Disconnect the connectors (23) from the battery dis-
connection unit.
a Unclip the battery disconnection unit wiring from the
offset positive terminal.
