a Separate the clip (Mot. 1448) of the expansion bottle
bottom cooling hose using the tool (34) .
a Disconnect the bottom cooling hose from the expan-
sion bottle.
a Separate the heater matrix hose clips (35) using the
tool (Mot. 1448).
a Disconnect the heater matrix hoses.
a Disconnect the petrol vapour rebreathing pipe (36) .
a Remove the petrol vapour rebreathing pipe.
a Disconnect the fuel supply pipe (37) on the injector
rail.
a Move aside the fuel supply pipe on the injector rail.
a Remove the radiator mounting cross member (see
Radiator support cross member: Removal - Re-
fitting) (31A, Front axle components).
