Timing belt: Removal - Refitting

a Undo the timing belt tensioning roller bolt (18) .
a Loosen the timing belt tensioning roller by turning
the eccentric cam using a 6 mm Allen key.
a Remove:
-the timing belt,
-the timing belt tensioning roller bolt,
-the timing belt tensioning roller.
REFITTING
I - REFITTING PREPARATION OPERATION
a parts always to be replaced: Timing belt (10,02,
04,02).
a parts always to be replaced: Timing belt tensio-
ning roller (10,02,04,04).
a parts always to be replaced: Crankshaft acces-
sories pulley bolts (10,03,03,10).
a Always replace the timing belt tensioning roller bolt.
II - REFITTING OPERATION FOR PART
CONCERNED
a Refit the new timing belt tensioning roller.
a Fit the timing belt tensioning roller lug (19) in the cy-
linder head groove (20) .
a Check that:
- the mark (22) on the high-pressure pump is offset
by one tooth to the right of the vertical axis (23) ,
