Timing belt: Removal - Refitting

a At the setting point the camshaft grooves must be
horizontal and offset below the centre line.
a Position the (Mot. 1496) (21) on the ends of the
camshafts.
a Lock the (Mot. 1496) using a bolt (22) .
a Remove:
-the crankshaft accessories pulley bolt,
-the crankshaft accessories pulley.
a Slacken the timing belt by undoing the tensioning
roller nut (23) .
a Remove:
- the tensioning roller nut,
- the tensioning roller,
- the fixed roller bolt (24) ,
- the fixed roller and its spacer,
- the timing belt,
- the crankshaft timing sprocket.
