Timing belt: Removal - Refitting

a Check that the exhaust camshaft pulley mark (11)
(Renault sign) and the camshaft dephaser line are
vertical and pointing upwards.
a Use a pencil to make marks between the exhaust
camshaft pulley, the camshaft dephaser and the roc-
ker cover.
2 - Refitting
a Fit a new tensioning roller by positioning the tensio-
ning roller lug in the groove (12) .
a Screw on the tensioning roller nut without tightening
it.
a Refit:
- the timing sprocket (13) .
-a new timing belt,
-a new fixed roller (14) .
