Timing belt: Removal - Refitting

a Fit a new tensioning roller by positioning the tensio-
ning roller lug in the groove (40) .
a Screw on the tensioning roller nut without tightening
it.
a Refit a new timing belt on the pulley of each cams-
haft (without moving each of the camshaft pulleys).
a Fit the (Mot. 1490-01) (41) on the camshaft pulleys
(use the bolt and nut of the upper timing cover to fit
the (Mot. 1490-01)).

Note:
Take care to tighten the timing belt between the
two camshaft pulleys correctly.
