-the catalytic converter (see 19B, Exhaust, Cataly-
tic converter: Removal - Refitting, page 19B-17)

-the upper heat shield,
-the connecting hose (see 19B, Exhaust, Connec-
ting hose: Removal - Refitting, page 19B-60) ,
-the catalytic converter strut,
a Tighten to torque:
-the catalytic converter strut nut (44 N.m),
-the catalytic converter strut bolt (8 N.m).
a Fit the electric coolant pump.
a Refit:
-the electric coolant pump clips,
-the lower engine tie-bar support on the sump,
-the lower engine tie-bar (see 19D, Engine moun-
ting, Lower engine tie-bar: Removal - Refitting,
page 19D-33) ,
-a right-hand differential output seal (see Differenti-
al output seal: Removal - Refitting) (21A, Manual
gearbox),
-the front right-hand wheel driveshaft (see Front ri-
ght-hand wheel driveshaft: Removal - Refitting)
(29A, Driveshafts),
a Fill the manual gearbox (see Manual gearbox oil:
Draining - Refilling) (21A, Manual gearbox).
a Refit:
-the radiator mounting cross member (see Radiator
support cross member: Removal - Refitting)
(31A, Front axle components),
-the front bumper (see Front bumper: Removal -
Refitting) (55A, Exterior protection),
-the front section of the front wheel arch liners (see
Front wheel arch liner: Removal - Refitting)
(55A, Exterior protection),
-the front wheels (see Wheel: Removal - Refitting)
(35A, Wheels and tyres),
-the oil vapour rebreathing rigid pipe,
a Connect the fuel supply pipe.
a Clip on the fuel supply pipe.
a Refit the fuel vapour rebreathing pipes.
a Connect the fuel vapour rebreathing pipes.
a Fit the wiring on the engine.
a Connect:
-the petrol injector connectors,
- the air pressure sensor connector on the intercoo-
ler air outlet pipe,
-the air temperature sensor connector on the inter-
cooler air outlet pipe,
- the air pressure sensor connector on the inlet ma-
nifold,
- the oil vapour recirculation solenoid valve connec-
tor,
- the camshaft position sensor connector,
- the upstream oxygen sensor connector.
a Refit:
- the turbocharger heat shield,
- the oil vapour rebreathing pipe .
a Clip on the oil vapour rebreathing pipe.
a Refit:
- the turbocharger bracket,
- the gearbox side lifting eye,
- the engine wiring nut onto the lifting eye.
a Connect the intercooler air inlet pipe.
a Torque tighten the clip for the intercooler air inlet
pipe (6 N.m).
a Refit:
- the retaining bolts of the intercooler air inlet pipe,
- the ignition coils (see 17A, Ignition, Coils Remo-
val - Refitting, page 17A-1) ,
- the scoop under the scuttle panel grille (see Scoop
under scuttle panel grille: Removal - Refitting)
(56A, Exterior equipment),
- the scuttle panel grille (see Scuttle panel grille:
Removal - Refitting) (56A, Exterior equipment),
-the windscreen wiper arms (see Windscreen wi-
per arm: Removal - Refitting) (85A, Wiping -
Washing),
- the battery tray (see Battery tray: Removal - Re-
