a Remove the intercooler air outlet pipe.
REFITTING
I - REFITTING PREPARATION OPERATION
a parts always to be replaced: Intercooler air out-
let pipe (10,09,04,03).
II - REFITTING OPERATION FOR PART
CONCERNED
a Fit an air pipe to the outlet of the new intercooler.
a Clip the intercooler air outlet pipe onto the intercoo-
ler.
a Refit the bolt for the intercooler air outlet pipe.
a Connect the intercooler air outlet pipe on the damper
valve.
a Torque tighten the intercooler air outlet pipe clip
(6 Nm).
III - FINAL OPERATION
a Fit the front panel.
a Refit:
-the front end panel bolts,
-the bonnet catch (see Bonnet latch: Removal -
Refitting) (52A, Non-side opening element mecha-
nisms),
-the engine wiring channel bolts,
-the front bumper supports (see Front bumper
support: Removal - Refitting) (42A, Front upper
structure),
-the headlights (see Front headlight: Removal -
Refitting) (80B, Headlights),
-the cooling radiator air deflectors,
-the frontal impact cross member (see Front im-
pact cross member: Removal - Refitting) (41A,
Front lower structure),
-the audible warning (see Horn: Removal - Refit-
ting) (82B, Horn),
-the front bumper (see Front bumper: Removal -
Refitting) (55A, Exterior protection),
-the front section of the front wheel arch liners (see
Front wheel arch liner: Removal - Refitting)
(55A, Exterior protection),
-the front wheels (see Wheel: Removal - Refitting)
(35A, Wheels and tyres),
- the engine undertray,
- the engine cover.
