DIESEL INJECTION
High-pressure pipe between the pump and rail: Removal - Refitting

a Unclip the diesel injector wiring from the rocker co-
ver.
a Disconnect:
-all heater plug connectors,
-the connector for each diesel injector,
-the connector (10) for the fuel pressure regulation
solenoid valve,
-the connector (11) for the fuel flow regulation sole-
noid valve,
-the fuel temperature sensor connector (12) ,
-the connector (13) for the injector rail pressure sen-
sor.
a Unclip the injection wiring clip (14) .
a Remove the nut (15) from the injection wiring brac-
ket.
a Move aside the injection wiring.
a Unclip:
- the alternator wiring (21) from the injector rail pro-
tector,
- the expansion bottle lower cooling hose from the
injection pump protector.
a Disconnect the fuel drain pipe from the injector rail
protector (16) .
a Move the fuel drain pipe aside.
a Remove:
- the nuts (17) from the injector rail protector,
