DIESEL INJECTION
High-pressure pipe between the rail and injector: Removal - Refitting

a Disconnect:
-the connector (20) for each diesel injector,
-the connector (21) for each heater plug.
a Unclip the diesel injection wiring from the injector rail
protector at (22) .
a Remove the nut (23) for the diesel injection wiring
from the lifting eye on the gearbox side.
a Move the diesel injection wiring aside.
a Remove:
-the nuts (24) from the injector rail protector,
-the injector rail protector.
a Undo the nuts (25) for the high pressure pipes
between the injector rail and the diesel fuel injectors.
a Remove the high pressure pipes between the injec-
tor rail and the diesel fuel injectors.
a Fit suitable blanking plugs on:
- the injector rail openings,
- the opening of the diesel fuel injectors.
