COOLING
Cooling radiator: Removal - Refitting

a Remove:
-the retaining bracket bolts (6) on the cooling radia-
tor,
-the retaining brackets on the cooling radiator.
a Remove the cooling radiator from the front end pa-
nel by:
- slightly pulling the cooling radiator towards the front
of the vehicle (7) ,
- pulling the cooling radiator upwards (8) .
REFITTING
I - REFITTING OPERATION FOR PART
CONCERNED
a Refit the cooling radiator to the front end panel.
a Connect the cooling radiator top cooling hose to the
cooling radiator.
a Fit the clip for the cooling radiator top cooling hose
on the cooling radiator using the tool (Mot. 1448).
a Connect the expansion bottle top cooling hose to the
cooling radiator.
a Fit the clip for the expansion bottle top cooling hose
on the cooling radiator using the tool (Mot. 1202-02).
a Connect the cooling radiator bottom cooling hose to
the cooling radiator.
a Fit the clip for the cooling radiator bottom cooling
hose on the cooling radiator using the tool (Mot.
1448).
II - FINAL OPERATION
a Detach the air conditioning condenser from the front
impact cross member.
