II - REFITTING OPERATION FOR PART
CONCERNED
a Refit:
-a new coolant outlet unit seal in the coolant outlet
unit housing,
-the coolant outlet unit.
a Torque tighten the coolant outlet unit bolts (11
N.m).
a Connect:
-the coolant temperature sensor connector,
-the heater matrix cooling hose to the coolant outlet
unit.
a Fit the clip on the heater matrix cooling hose onto
the coolant outlet unit using the tool (Mot. 1448).
a Connect the cooling radiator top cooling hose to the
coolant outlet unit.
a Fit the clip of the cooling radiator top cooling hose on
the coolant outlet unit using the tool (Mot. 1448).
a Clip the expansion bottle bottom cooling hose on the
coolant outlet unit.
III - FINAL OPERATION
a Refit:
-the front bumper (see Front bumper: Removal -
Refitting) (55A, Exterior protection),
-the engine undertray,
-the front section of the front wheel arch liners (see
Front wheel arch liner: Removal - Refitting)
(55A, Exterior protection),
-the front wheels (see Wheel: Removal - Refitting)
(35A, Wheels and tyres),
-the battery tray (see Battery tray: Removal - Re-
fitting) (80A, Battery),
-the battery (see Battery : Removal - Refitting)
(80A, Battery),
-the engine cover,
a Fill and bleed the cooling system (see 19A, Coo-
ling, Cooling circuit: Draining - Refilling, page
19A-17) .
