Engine cooling fan assembly: Removal - Refitting

REFITTING
I - REFITTING OPERATION FOR PART
CONCERNED
a Refit the fan assembly on the front end panel.
a Clip the fan assembly wiring onto the fan assembly.
a Connect the following connectors:
-the fan assembly,
-the fan assembly resistor.
II - FINAL OPERATION
a Fit the front end panel.
a Refit:
-the lower bolts from the front end panel,
-the front end panel upper bolts,
-the front end panel clips.
-the bolts of the engine cooling fan assembly wiring
channel on the front end panel.
a Clip the expansion bottle top cooling hose onto the
front end panel.
a Refit:
-the front impact cross member (see Front impact
cross member: Removal - Refitting) (41A, Front
lower structure),
-the side air deflectors on the radiator,
-the top air deflector,
-the front right-hand bumper mountings (see Front
bumper support: Removal - Refitting) (42A,
Front upper structure).
-the headlights (see Front headlight: Removal -
Refitting) (80B, Headlights),
-the turbocharger air outlet pipe (see 12B, Turbo-
charging, Intercooler air inlet pipe: Removal -
Refitting, page 12B-41) ,
-the front bumper (see Front bumper: Removal -
Refitting) (55A, Exterior protection),
-the engine undertray,
-the front section of the front wheel arch liners (see
Front wheel arch liner: Removal - Refitting)
(55A, Exterior protection),
-the front wheels (see Wheel: Removal - Refitting)
(35A, Wheels and tyres),
-the engine cover.
a Connect the battery (see Battery : Removal - Refit-
ting) (80A, Battery).
