Go to "Windows Settings",

"Windows Security",
"Firewall and Network
Protection", "Public
Networks", and then "Block
all incoming connections,
including apps in the list of
allowed apps". Uncheck the
"Block all incoming
connections, including apps
in the list of allowed apps".
Finish the process on the device
side, and then reconnect it.
