Service codes
Service codes
The Enter Service Code? menu allows the programming of various functions into
the 9180 Electrolyte Analyzer.
Entering service codes
o Starting at the READY display, press NO until SERVICE FUNCTIONS? is
displayed, and press YES.
o Press NO until Enter Service Code? is displayed.
o Enter Code: AAA will appear.
Enter the service code as follows:
o Press NO until the first character appears.
o Press YES and the cursor will advance to the second position.
o Repeat this procedure for the other characters.
o Pressing YES after the third character will activate the service code.

If the desired character was missed, keep pressing the NO key until the correct character
appears.
If an incorrect code is entered during the process, the analyzer will prompt Code Error!
Retry?. Press YES to correct the code or NO to exit.
Removing service codes
To remove a service code, enter the reversed sequence of the code letters (example:
DEC becomes CED, ECO becomes OCE, MGL becomes LGM, etc.). To clear all
service codes at one time, enter CDC.
