5 NEXU REQUIREMENTS
In order to install a UNet the following requirements are needed
 110 VDC or 240 VDC (50 Hz / 60 Hz) power mains
 An Ethernet connection
 A fixed IP address (supplied by the customer). By setting this IP, the
customer will be able to operate on the UTrack.
By default the IP on the UTrack is 192.168.1.100:4000
