If you want to create a new user, you have to press . This will open a new window
which will be different if you want to create an administrator or an operator.
Administrator:
You can set the following parameters
Name / Surname / Email. These fields are compulsory.
UTrack Password. It must contain at least one number and one capital letter. Minimum
number of digits has to be six.
Send tank level warnings by mail: If you tick this option, an email will be sent to the
user when an level alarm in the tanks is reached.
Authorization for dispensing. You can set if this user can deliver oil in the UDat. If you
choose YES, the system will ask for a code.
As well, you can choose the interface language by clicking the flag.
