3 Checking and Performing Printer Adjustments

Without changing the screen, place the liner so that the I-mark on the liner is right on the
I-mark sensor.
Note For the sensor position, refer to step 2 of “Auto-calibration”.

Check and adjust the sensor high level and
note the high level value.
Check
Check that the sensor level satisfi es the following
condition.
High level (I-mark sensor) – Low level
1.0 V
Adjustment
Adjust the sensor level by changing the Send Gap
Level and Receive Gap Level.

Select [Calibrate]

[I-Mark Slice Level].

You can set the slice level arbitrarily.
Note
When the slice level is 0, the slice level is
automatically set.
