(7) Using hand control, press TABLE DOWN button
to lower column assembly 1/32 to 1/16 in. (0.8
to 1.6 mm).
(8) With help of an assistant, tilt table over far
enough to access valve (1).
(9) Using a socket and extension, close valve (1).
Tighten valve (1) to 11-12.5 ft-lbs (15-17 N•m).
(10) Using hand control, press TABLE UP and
TABLE DOWN buttons to run the column
function all the way up and down. Check that
column assembly does not jump downward
when column assembly is lowered from a fully
extended position. Check that maximum table
height has not been compromised (Refer to
Table 1-2 for specifications).
