TO AVOID SERIOUS INJURY OR DEATH FROM FALLING OFF TRUCK OR
EQUIPMENT RUN OVER:
• ONLY start truck while seated in truck seat.
• ALWAYS BUCKLE UP seat belt when operating truck and equipment.
• ONLY OPERATE truck and equipment while seated in truck seat.
• NEVER ALLOW RIDERS on truck or implement.
WHEN MOUNTING AND DISMOUNTING TRUCK:
• ONLY mount or dismount when truck and moving parts are stopped.
• STOP ENGINE, engage parking brake, lower implement, allow all moving parts to stop and
remove key before leaving truck cab.
