Status LED Meaning
Green, flashing
• When the "NETWORK STATUS" LED is off at the same
time, the TCP/IP stack of the option card is started. If this
status continues and DHCP is activated, the hardware op-
tion waits for data from the DHCP server.
• When the "NETWORK STATUS" LED flashes green at the
same time, the application of the option card is started.
Green/red, flashing The option card performs an LED test.
Green The option card is in standard operating state.
Red The option card is in fault state.
Red, flashing Conflict detected in the assigned IP addresses. Another sta-
tion in the network uses the same IP address.
"Link/Activity" LEDs
The two LEDs "Link" (green) and "Activity" (yellow) integrated in the RJ45 plug con-
nectors (X30-1, X30-2) display the state of the Ethernet connection.
