7.4.2 Configuring the communication channel via Ethernet
The devices use the device protocol from SEW‑EURODRIVE SMLP (Simple
MOVILINK
®
Protocol) that is directly transferred via TCP/IP.
Proceed as follows:
1. Establish the communication channel via Ethernet(→245).
2. Set the SMLP protocol parameters in the following window in the "SMLP settings"
