A maximum of ten card decks can be selected in the Menu column check
boxes, making them available through the Deck Selection option in the
shuffler’s Setup Menu. The one to ten card decks represent the decks that
a customer would normally use for game play. Different sets of one to ten
decks can be selected from those available in the Deck List.
Card decks are listed as
Learned
or
Tuned
. When card deck information is
downloaded, it is considered to be
Learned
, since the process loads
parameters that enable the shuffler to recognize the cards as they are
shuffled. When the decks go through the Tuning process defined in the
shuffler message screens, they are fine-
tuned
and enhanced in accuracy.

A new deck can be defined in the card recognition system. The first step
in the process is to use this screen to name the deck. Normally the card
deck types are downloaded from existing libraries at SHFL entertainment,
Inc. using the Deck Manager, a program that connects to the shuffler and
rapidly downloads any number of library decks.
Uninstall Deck uninstalls selected decks from the web page and the
shuffler.
