11.0 Troubleshooting
Will Not Power Up
Symptom Cause Remedy
Shuffler will not power up.
No power to Main Control
Board.
No A C power
Verify power cord is plugged
in to main power source and
is seated properly
Failed Power Supply Replace the Power Supply
Loose Power Supply
connections
Reseat the connections
Shuffler will not power up.
Green LED at DS1 on Main
Control Board is lighted.
Blown 2 5A, 250V fuse Replace the Fuse
Blown Fuse
Shorted sensor, motor,
RED or GREEN button
switch
Replace the faulty part and the
fuse
After Initialization
Symptom Cause Remedy
Display shows “Card Rec Comm
Failed” at power up.
Rabbit flash chip is not
installed
Install the Rabbit flash chip
CPU Board is not seated
completely
Re-seat the CPU Board
Faulty Rabbit Board Replace the Rabbit Board
Loose or faulty harness to
card rec board (Pin #50,
#51, #52)
Re-seat or replace the harness
Faulty Rabbit Mounting
Board (GM1079)
Replace PC Board
At power up, Platform “chatters”
in down position.
Faulty Platform Home
Switch
Replace the PHS Switch
Display shows “Remove Cards”
when machine is empty.
Dirty or faulty FCPS, CIS,
COS, PCPS
Clean or replace the faulty
sensor element or Harness
Faulty I/O Board Replace I/O Board
Display shows “Feed Elevator
Jammed”.
Faulty Feeder Elevator
Motor
Replace Feeder Elevator
Motor, (#10)
Initializes with “Check CTS”
message.
Faulty Camera Trigger
Sensor
Clean or replace the CTS
sensor element (#36)
Display shows “RNG Must Be
Reseeded” each time power
switch is turned ‘ON’.
Missing or faulty RNG
EPROM
Replace the EPROM
Dead or weak Battery on
the Main Controller PC
Board
Replace the Battery
