9.0 Cleaning and Preventive Maintenance
2 Week Maintenance
• Remove covers and blow out or vacuum out the machine
• Clean rollers with 99% isopropyl alcohol
• Brush or blow off all optical sensors
• Wipe all dirt and grime off of Camera LEDs
• Check for debris on the shaft between the Card In Sensors (CIS)
and/or the Card Out Sensors (COS). Clean and remove, if necessary
• Check brake roller clearance
• Run auto setup with casino’s cards
• Test run with casino’s cards and check for proper operation
• Clean linear guide on the Platform between the two bearing blocks
1 Month Maintenance
• Perform 2 week maintenance
• Clean grooves in gripper blocks
• Check gripper blocks for free movement
• Check if Platform is level with grippers using fixture F1099
6 Month Maintenance
• Perform 2 week and 1 month maintenance
• If using plastic cards, replace the Brake Rollers and the 2 urethane
rollers on each side of the lower brake roller
• Replace gripper pads if they show any visible wear.
• Check Tension of Platform Motor belt. Adjust if necessary
• Lubricate threads on gripper acme screw with white lithium grease
12 Month Maintenance
• Perform 2 week, 1 month and 6 month maintenance
• Clean and lubricate the inside diameter of Feeder idler pulley
