and click the Menu box to
make deck available in the
shuffler
Won’t learn cards or feed them.
Card empty sensor needs
to be replaced or adjusted
Replace or adjust sensor
Card Rec failure (intermittent

Camera Ribbon Cable is
not seated properly
Re-seat or replace the camera
ribbon cable
Loose or faulty Camera
Trigger harness (Pin #54)
Re-seat or replace the harness
Multiple missing and/or
unknown cards messages.
Shuffler is set to an
incorrect SHFL
entertainment I D number
(SID) for card type in use
Verify card type using Playing
Card Reference book, or
contact SMI
Tuned using wrong card
