Pick-Off Rollers
This menu item allows the Pick Off Motor and Rollers to be tested. Press
the RED button to control these Rollers forward – stop – reverse.
Feeder Elevator
This menu item allows the Feeder Motor and Elevator to be tested. Press
the RED button to move the Feeder Elevator up or down.
Gripper Test
The Gripper Test allows the technician to view the cards as they are
repeatedly gripped and split, watching for a positive gripping action
without dropped cards, for correct gripper arm travel and effectiveness of
the Gripper Home and Gripper Working switches.
Push the RED button to access the gripper test. The Platform Elevator will
rise and the message panel will display:
Placing the cards on the Platform will automatically cause the message
panel to display:
Push the RED button to begin the test. The card stack will repeatedly be
gripped, split and re-gripped until the test is terminated.
Push the GREEN button to raise the Platform Elevator. Remove the cards.
The Elevator will automatically lower.
Feeder Up/Down
Pick Off:
FWD – STOP – REV
Load 104 Cards
On The Platform
Push RED Button.
Grip Test In Progress
Push GREEN TO End
