Faulty or loose Encoder

Loose Encoder Coupling
Tighten the Coupling between
the Platform Motor and the
Encoder
Broken Encoder Coupling Replace broken Coupling
Platform Belt is loose
Check and adjust the belt for
proper tension
Platform tower popping up while
shuffling.
Felt or debris buildup
between bearing housings
on Platform and Tower
Linear Guides
Blow out / Clean out debris
Platform lowers before dealer
can remove shuffled cards.
Unload Delay time set too
short
Increase Unload Delay time in
the Setup menu
Platform elevator rises. Display
shows “Remove Cards”.
Faulty Platform Card

Replace the PCPS, or Retractile
