1M: Maximum range of 1min Flow rate
5M: Maximum range of 5 min Flow rate
30: Maximum range of 30 min Flow rate
1H: Maximum range of 1hour Flow rate
2) Setting-up SPAN RANGE
! Caution: To set-up accurate dP and VE of SPAN RANGE, accurate data of Stack
should be typed in‘ F2: System Setting-up’ .
