If t
here is no shutdown and no error has occurred on any of the Flexi Loop nodes,
the event is not present.
If there has been a shutdown or an error has occurred on one of the sensors or
switches, then the event is present.
Synchronization safety controller
The e
vent 6145 (1801h) Synchronization safety controller indicates whether a safety con‐
troller has been found.
If a safety controller has been detected, then the event is not present.
If the connection to a safety controller is interrupted, then the event is present.
Flexi Loop not in operation
The e
vent 6152 (1808h) Flexi Loop not in operation indicates whether the communication
within the safe sensor cascade is active.
If the communication in the safe sensor cascade is running, then the event is not
present.
If the communication in the safe sensor cascade is interrupted, then the event is
present.
Cable connection
The e
vent 6153 (1809h) Cable problem detected indicates that the internal cable monitor‐
ing has detected a problem with the cabling for the safe sensor cascade.
If the safe sensor cascade is correctly wired and terminated with a terminator,
then the event is not present.
If the cabling for the safe sensor cascade is interrupted or not terminated with a
terminator, then the event is present.
Dynamic error
The e
vent 6146 (1802h) Dynamic testing failed indicates whether the dynamic testing of
the safety sensors and safety switches connected was free of errors.
If the dynamic testing on all the safe sensors and safety switches connected to the
Flexi Loop nodes was successful, then the event is not present.
If a dynamic error has occurred on one of the sensors or switches, then the event
is present.
Static error
The e
vent 6147 (1803h) Static testing failed indicates whether the static testing of the
safety sensors and safety switches connected was free of errors.
If the static testing on all the safety sensors and safety switches connected to the
Flexi Loop nodes was successful, then the event is not present.
If a static error has occurred on one of the sensors or switches, then the event is
present.
Critical error
The e
vent 6148 (1804h) Critical error (hardware) indicates whether damage has been
detected on the hardware in the safe sensor cascade or the MSTR Flexi Loop accessory
(damaged Flexi Loop nodes, short-circuits on connection cables, faulty safety switches
or safety sensors etc.).
If the status of all hardware components in the safe sensor cascade is free of
faults, then the event is not present.
If a fault has been detected in the hardware in the safe sensor cascade, then the
event is present.
