7.3.2 Replace the TIC102
A defective TIC102 can only be replaced in its entirety.

Replacing the device
1. Loosen the M12 round connectors from the TIC102 connections and remove the
connecting cables.
2. Dismantle the defective TIC102 from the mounting.
3. Mount the replacement device.
4. Connect the cables to the connections of the new TIC102 and screw the plug
connectors together.

7.3.3 Completely replacing the TIC502
A defective TIC502 can be replaced in its entirety.

Replacing the device
1. Loosen the M12 round connectors from the 2D LiDAR sensors and remove the
connecting cables.
2. Dismantle the defective TIC502 from the mounting.
3. Mount the replacement device.
4. Connect the cables to the new 2D LiDAR sensor and screw together the plug
connectors.
