Change AuthorizedClient and Service default passwords straight after initial login to
protect TEMS Manager against unauthorized access.
Access regulation on user management
Users with the Service authorization have access to all users. They can create new users
and delete existing users (except the logged-in user) and change user passwords.
Users with the Authorized user or Operator authorization can only change their password
in user management. Other functions are not available.
User management can only be called up if configuration is stopped.
